2021考研复试已经陆续开始了，英语复试同学们都准备好了吗？

据《某校2021年工商管理硕士(MBA)复试工作细则》介绍，英语听说能力测试时间每人约5分钟。其中个人自述1～2分钟；对话3～4分钟。

这要求看似时间不长，内容量也不大，但有的同学英语水平本来就不高，听力水平也不好，结果考试太紧张，一时蒙圈了，听不懂老师说了啥。只能和和老师大眼瞪小眼，脸烧心跳额头流汗，啥也憋不出来，咋办？再多持续一秒，感觉尴尬癌都要犯了

该怎么办，说汉语？放弃？有多年辅导经验的陈鹏老师以实操经验、结合众多真实案例的经验教训，教你如何在紧急情境下，金蝉脱壳：

第一次出现问题没听懂的时候，用I beg your pardon？或what？（啥？）那都是充满年代感的回答，其实，你可以这样说——还顺便秀了一把英语（这不是心机，是智慧）：Sorry, I'm afraidI didn't get your point, could you please repeat your question?对不起，我没听懂您的意思，您能重复一下问题吗?或：Sorry, I'm afraid I didn't get your point, could you please repeat your question in another way, or more slowly?对不起，我没有明白您的意思，您能不能用另一种方式，或者更慢一点的方式重复您的问题?

第二次问题又没听懂（别问我第三次怎么办，我也是地球人），I beg your pardon again？what again? and again? 如果是这样，老师嘴上不说，心里也一定腹诽你：你个娃娃，装个啥？beg啥？what个啥？again个啥啥？

记住陈老师的话：在这个智商过剩的时代，真诚，就是最好的策略！你可以这样说：sorry again, for not catching the key of yourquetion, I have been working very hard to prepare for the entrance exam for MBA, and I spenthours and hours every day, every single day improving my vocabulary and grammer. Anyway, I know I have to work harder than others to catch up with them in learning the language, andI will continue to do so. Just give me some time , and I have faith in myself to do a better job, not only in reading and writing, but also in speaking and listening.再次抱歉，我没有抓住问题的关键（当然不亏心的说，啥是你抓住的？这次之后 ，还是要好好学英语），我一直在努力准备MBA入学考试，我过去每天都花了很多时间，真的是每一天，都在提高我的词汇量和语法。无论如何，我知道我必须比别人更努力地学习这门语言来赶上他们，我将继续这样做。只是给我一些时间，我有信心做的更好，不仅在阅读和写作方面，也在听说方面。

话说我准备了自我介绍，本想上来一顿操作猛如虎，狂喷英文250，但是老师，居然没让我做自我介绍憋屈啊！苦哈哈的背的，我家天天听我背那个英语，都受不????了，结果居然用不上？不甘心！那么，你可以这么说：

就听懂了个work, university, management，但具体想问啥，不太明白.....怎么破？（1）如果就听懂了个work，别管具体问啥，就像下面这样说：Work is a key part of my life and I spend most of my time engaging in my career. I am a XXX(岗位名称) and, like I said, I am responsible for XXX（工作内容）. Our company is in(地点) and we mainly do business in XX(公司市场业务名称). I think Management is the process in which the manager in an organization coordinates the activities of others by implementing plans, organizing, leading and controlling, and leads people to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently.工作是我生活的重要组成部分，我的大部分时间都花在了工作上。我是一个XXX(岗位名称), 就像我说的, 我负责XXX(工作内容)。我们公司是在(地点), 我们主要做XX生意的(公司市场业务名称)。我认为管理是一个组织中的管理者通过实施计划、组织、领导和控制来协调其他人的活动，并领导人们有效地、高效地实现组织目标的过程。

（2）如果就听懂了个university，别管具体问啥，就像下面这样说：

XXX university is featured with its glorious history, and well-known for its academic atmosphere and research achievement.I know some courses like XX and XXX, which are very useful for any MBA/MEM student who aspires to be a professional in management.By the way, I know some friends who studied here and it is their confident and impressive recommendations that further secure my faith in this university.

XXX大学历史悠久，学术氛围浓厚，科研成果丰硕。我知道一些课程，比如XX和XXX，对于任何想成为管理专业人士的MBA/MEM学生来说都是非常有用的。顺便说一下，我认识一些在这里学习的朋友，正是他们的自信和令人印象深刻的推荐，进一步坚定了我对这所大学的信心。（3）如果就听懂了个management，别管具体问啥，就像下面这样说：

Management is a comprehensive integration, including supply chain, product, financial management, personnel management, project cycle and so on. Although I don’t have a systemmatic view and professional cognition on management, and therefore I can’t talk a lot theoretically. I did have a lot of working experience on mangement. And this is also why I go for an MBA/MEM , to further improve my systematic and theoretical study.(In my opinion, to be a good manager, we need to be a master holding different skills , especially abstract logical thinking, communication strategy and comprehensive management ability.)

管理是一个综合体，包括供应链、产品、财务管理、人员管理、项目周期等。虽然我对管理没有系统的观点和专业的认知，所以我在理论上不能讲太多，但我确实有很多管理方面的工作经验。这也是我去读MBA/MEM的原因，为的是进一步完善我的系统和理论学习。(在我看来，要成为一名优秀的管理者，我们需要掌握不同的技能，尤其是抽象的逻辑思维、沟通策略和综合管理能力。)

遇到一个问题，好像，也能回答，也不能回答，但是，就是，需要点时间，但是，就是，又没时间，怎么破？其实，这种情况，为了给自己争取时间，你可以这么说：well, en...thank you for your question, huh, let me see...it's hard to make a clear statement about the question, but personally, I think...嗯……谢谢你的问题，嗯，让我想想……很难对这个问题做出明确的说明，但我个人认为……上面这些废话，如果再说的慢一点，为你争取了超过半分钟的时间，but, 如果这个时间内，你还是无法完成自我救赎，那么天若有情天亦老，憋不出来就莫强求啊。好啦同学们，以上这些救命稻草，都收割了吧？人在江湖飘，哪能没绝招，绝招都不背，活该流眼泪！
