Co-Presidents: Stars Ablaze, Guiding the Journey

校友会的辉煌，离不开两位联席主席的掌舵。本届中国校友会由钱晶与卓志勇（Geo）携手领航，他们用职业光芒与无私奉献，点亮校友会的星辰大海。

The brilliance of the Alumni Association owes much to its two co-presidents. Leading the China chapter are Qian Jing and Zhuo Zhiyong (Geo), whose stellar careers and selfless dedication illuminate the association’s vast horizon.

钱晶，C8届的耀眼星光，毕业8年仍将MBA视为人生至宝。这段旅程淬炼了他的管理智慧与综合能力，让他无畏挑战、逐梦前行。受杰克·韦尔奇“自我成长到助力他人”的箴言激励，他从外企到国企，再到掌舵世界顶级奢华酒店的人力资源总监，职业之路如繁星闪耀。他还是国际教练联盟认证的专业教练与Everything DiSC培训师，实力非凡。从招生宣讲到毕业典礼，他的身影无处不在。如今荣膺联席主席，他满怀激情，誓与团队共创校友会的辉煌未来。

Qian Jing, a dazzling talent from Cohort 8, regards his MBA journey—now eight years past—as a priceless treasure. This experience honed his managerial acumen and holistic strengths, arming him with the courage to conquer any challenge. Inspired by Jack Welch’s maxim, “Before you’re a leader, success is about growing yourself; once a leader, it’s about growing others,” Qian’s career shines brightly—from multinational firms to state enterprises, culminating as HR Director of a world-renowned luxury hotel. A certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation and an Everything DiSC trainer, his credentials are unmatched. From recruitment talks to graduation ceremonies, his presence is a constant. Now, as co-president, he’s brimming with zeal to co-create a dazzling future for the association.

卓志勇（Geo），C11届的卓越领袖，在读时便以班长身份崭露头角。他视MBA为人生巅峰历练，将20年IT外企经验与理论熔于一炉，锻造出无坚不摧的自信。从戴尔、SAP到微软，再到微软合作伙伴的资深销售总监，他的职业轨迹如流星划空。在校时，他三度率队征战商学院沙漠挑战赛；如今与钱晶并肩作战，他立志为校友点燃更多可能，书写共创奇迹的新篇章。

Zhuo Zhiyong (Geo), a standout leader from Cohort 11, emerged as class president during his studies. He deems his MBA a pinnacle experience, fusing 20 years of IT expertise from giants like Dell, SAP, and Microsoft with academic rigor to forge unshakable confidence. Now a Senior Sales Director at a Microsoft partner, his career blazes like a meteor. During school, he led teams to victory in the Business School Desert Challenge three times; Teaming up with Qian Jing as co-president, he’s determined to spark endless opportunities for alumni and co-author a chapter of miracles.
