OnApril26,ChinaGlobalTalent(CGT)AssociationvictoriouslyheldMyGlobalhour,XchangeG–FreeStyleEnglishsalonforallMBAstudentsinterestedinimprovingtheiroralcommunicationsskillsinEnglish.Theactivitiesinclude2guestspeakersandfreestyleEnglish.

在2015年4月26号，ChinaGlobalTalent成功举办了第一次的XchangeG活动。这个活动吸引了对英语沟通有兴趣的MBA学生参加，来提高他们的英语口头表达能力。活动有两个部分，第一部分有两位嘉宾进行演讲，第二部分是自由沟通环节。

The2guestspeakerswereMs.SarenaLiu,aNanjingUniversityMBAprogramstudentfromclassB,grade2013,classB,andMr.ChesterZhao,alsoaNanjingUniversityMBAprogramstudentfromclassD,grade2012.ForMs.Liu,shetalkedabouthertimemanagementmethodsthatenabledhertoutilizethetimeshehadatthemostefficientrate.Mr.ZhaotalkedabouttheamazingjourneyhehadwhilehewasintheUnitedStatesofAmerica.HisjourneybeganwhenhedecidedtoquithiscurrentjobinChina,andpursuehisdreambygoingtotheUnitedStatesofAmerica.

第一位嘉宾是来自2013级B班的刘莹莹，她的话题是“时间管理方法”，她讲述了在管理时间时取得最高效率的办法。第二位是来自2012级D班的赵成，他的话题是他在美国的旅程，他辞去了他在中国的工作为了去美国追逐自己的梦想。

AsforthefreestyleEnglishactivity,itisanactivitythatisdesignedtoencourageparticipantstointeractwithoneanotherbyaskingquestions,sharingtheirexperiencesandtheirthoughtsonthetopicsthattheguestspeakershavejustspokenabout.AstheresultoftheXchangeGprogram,mostparticipantshadachancetospeakandsharewhattheyhadinmindwhilecraftingtheirEnglishcommunicationskillatthesametime.Inaddition,participantswereabletolearnsomethingnewfromoneanotherandmakenewfriends.ThenextactivityforCGTwillbeJourneyG,aprogramthatwillparticipantsintroducesomethinginterestingabouttheirperspectivecountries,whichwillbeonMay9

另一个活动是FreestyleEnglish。这个活动的目的是要鼓励参加者来用英语与别人交往沟通，包括提问和分享自己的经验、想法。因此，大多数的参加者都借着机会练习了英语，学习了新的东西，同时也认识了很多新的朋友。下一次的CGT活动是在5月9日，活动主题是是“JourneyG”，让参加者来简单介绍自己的国家，具体的时间与地点将会在后期公布，敬请关注。
