line-height: 2em;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">2004年，本科毕业于中国人民大学国际经济与贸易的张磊正处于人生的重要十字路口。从象牙塔迈向社会，他选择了一条与众不同的道路——加入中工国际工程股份有限公司，从事海外工程承包业务。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">2006年在津巴布韦维多利亚瀑布，右一为张磊</p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">“做海外工程承包首先需要好奇心和持续学习的能力”，张磊说。行业性质决定了他的步履不停。在中工国际工作的五年里，张磊有三年时光几乎都是在国外度过的。在非洲的津巴布韦，一驻就是两年时光。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">张磊参与筹建公司驻津巴布韦代表处，带领售后服务队伍为当地工程与农业机械用户提供广泛的售后服务。“这个项目是中津两国首个优惠*项目，受到两国高层高度重视”他自豪地说。光鲜的背后也危险重重，2008年恰逢津巴布韦政治动荡和通货膨胀时期，经历过这种危机“大考”的他，变得更加坚韧能干。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">异国文化的浸润，也给了正值血气方刚年纪的张磊更柔软的内心。为应对工作上的文化差异，他开始学习当地历史、文化和语言，真正做到“蹲下去，融进来，以一颗同理心设身处地为对方着想。”“驻津巴布韦期间，我走遍了周边20多个国家”，张磊说，“当你以开放包容的心态去面对，会发现绝大多数非洲人民都非常友善热情。”</p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">兜兜转转，如今张磊的身影再次活跃在“一带一路”上。或许正是因为早期的驻外经历，他一直心系跨境贸易与投资业务。“在中铝集团和中拉合作基金任职期间，我的工作都与境外密切相关”，张磊说。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">目前任职于中拉合作基金的他，负责基金对拉美地区的矿业投资部门。“2019年，我去过阿根廷、哥伦比亚、秘鲁等国家”，张磊细数着“走出去”的经历，深感自己的职业发展与国家的步伐紧密相连，“中拉合作基金成立的背景，正是近年来中国和拉美日益密切的贸易合作和“一带一路”带来的协同效应。”</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>永葆好奇心，深耕矿业领域</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">点开张磊的微信头像，一块醒目的金砖映入眼帘。“这是我参与的哥伦比亚金矿项目今年6月份产出的首块金砖”，张磊解释道，“用这个头像会觉得自己所投资的项目很有成就感和意义”。</p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">2019年在哥伦比亚某金矿，左二为张磊</p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">从欧洲工商管理学院（INSEAD）MBA毕业后，张磊决定转型金融投资领域，并与矿业领域结下了不解之缘。2012年初，中国有色金属行业增长迅猛，接近矿业领域阶段性高点，他顺应时代潮流加入了业内龙头公司——中铝集团。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">凭借出色的学习能力，张磊很快在矿业领域崭露头角。“迄今为止，我最成功的经历是全程参与了打造中国铜业”，他回忆道。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">2015年，中国铜业集团旗下的铜矿山、冶炼和加工等资产分散于境内外各个公司。当年8月，中铝集团和云南省政府决定共同打造中国铜业，“执行这个宏大战略的中铝方牵头人是我的直接上司-时任中铝集团副总会计师、财务部和资本运营部负责人王军总，而我负责的并购处是具体实施的核心处室之一”，张磊说。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">仅仅三年时间，在王军总的指挥下，张磊和项目团队一起就完成了项目的头三步重要规划：在香港上市的秘鲁铜矿私有化并退市；将其装入境内中国铜业；协调云南方面配套注入了云冶集团和其它资产到中国铜业。在多部门的通力合作下，中国铜业从几亿资产扩张为超千亿，不仅成为了中铝集团旗下规模最大的公司，也开始为整体上市做规划，张磊表示，“我非常高兴在这个过程扮演了核心角色，并积攒了处理复杂交易的宝贵经验。”</p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">“到目前为止我经历了快2个完整的行业周期，最大感触就是矿业在重复历史”，他总结了从事矿业多年来的心得，“我从行业顶峰时进来，经历过15年底的低谷，遇到过国内供给侧改革的机遇，也遭遇了新冠疫情的外部挑战。”历经行业的起起伏伏，张磊愈发能保持耐心，一步步稳扎稳打，持续探索着矿业投资的规律。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>跳出舒适圈，遇见MCFO项目</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">浸润在多年的投资并购工作中，张磊逐渐认识到了会计的重要性，并产生了浓厚的兴趣，他一直希望接受专业系统的培训，夯实专业知识基础。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">加入MCFO项目后，热情开朗的张磊被同学们提名为副班长。他表示，今后愿意为同学们更好地服务，在两年时间里，与大家共同学习进步，收获专业成长的果实，结下美好的同窗情谊。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">即使工作再忙碌，张磊也从未停止学习的步伐，他时刻警示着自己——“娱乐至死的年代，个人很容易随波逐流”。张磊表示，加入MCFO项目，既能系统性学习专业知识，夯实专业基础，也能通过持之以恒的学习状态，合理利用业余时间，时刻准备着机会的来临。“今天我每刻的努力，未来都不会浪费”，他笃信着这个朴素而深刻的道理。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;">“自信人生二百年，会当水击三千里。”谈到对未来的职业规划，张磊表示，希望通过MCFO项目的学习，夯实自己的会计专业基础，并持续在矿业领域完成有影响的交易（如2020年初在黄金行情启动前，与行业某龙头矿企一起出资10亿美元联合收购了拉美某大型金矿），将自己的部门打造成专业性强大，业绩优秀的主权基金投资团队。未来他希望成为专注在资源领域的产融结合型并购基金或大型产业公司的投资并购业务负责人。</p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;
