Dr Pikay Richardson is Fellow, Business Economics and Strategy, and Director, India Research and Development Unit of Manchester Business School in UK. He is an experienced graduate management school lecturer and educator, with over 16 years of teaching and supervising MBA and PhD students in the UK, USA, Germany, India, China and Ghana. On top of this, he has many years of experience in the design and delivery of executive development programmes for different classes of managers and executives. Since 1991, he has run and co-run a large number of short executive development programmes in the Manchester Business School and overseas. For 18 months between 2000 and 2002, he was Research Professor and Academic Director for Executive Programmes at the New Jersey institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey, USA. Dr Richardson is a first class lecturer and presenter, is well-traveled and has lived and worked in many countries.

Dr. Tang received his Ph.D. in University of Cambridge. He was a Research Fellow in the Institute of East Asia Political Economy, a government think tank in Singapore. The major research areas of Dr. Tang include the policy environment and business strategies in the Asia Pacific under the background of globalization and information economy. He was the assistant dean and director of the PhD program of the Graduate School of Business and the director of the Assumption Business Research Center, Assumption University. His recent research projects with the government grant include "Positioning of Tourism Industry in Thailand" and "Appropriate Pricing as a Strategy to Combat Software Piracy". At the moment, he chairs the Marketing and Management Program which is a double degree program offered by College of Management Mahidol University, Thailand and University of Technology Sydney, Australia. Dr. Tang teaches master level courses such as "International Business Management", "Business Decision Making", "Economics" and "Research Methodology".
